AI & Automation Disclosure

Effective September 3, 2026 · Version 2026-09-03

Some ServiceOS features may use artificial intelligence, statistical models, rules, or automation to draft content, prioritize work, summarize information, forecast outcomes, suggest follow-up, or trigger configured workflows.

Human review required

AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review important outputs before sending them to customers or relying on them for operational, financial, legal, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for customer communications, prices, estimates, invoices, scheduling decisions, regulatory compliance, and actions performed using ServiceOS. Do not represent AI-generated information as independently verified when it has not been verified.

Sensitive information

Do not enter unnecessary highly sensitive information into free-text AI features. Use designated structured fields and access controls when the Service provides them.

Automation

Automated workflows should be tested and monitored. Configure safeguards, recipient rules, timing, and approval steps appropriate to your business. ServiceOS does not guarantee that an automation will run at an exact time or that a third-party delivery service will successfully deliver every message.

No professional advice

AI-assisted outputs are not legal, accounting, tax, medical, safety, or other licensed professional advice.
