Terms of Service
Effective September 3, 2026 · Version 2026-09-03
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ServiceOS, including websites, applications, subscriptions, trials, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business or organization you represent.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use ServiceOS for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and activity performed through your account. Notify ServiceOS Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your business and customer data
You retain ownership of data and content you submit to ServiceOS. You grant ServiceOS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having all notices, permissions, consents, and lawful bases required to collect and use information about your customers, employees, leads, and other individuals.
4. Service features and acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, misuse communications features, introduce malicious code, or use the Service to violate another person’s rights.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled, unless stated otherwise. Trial access, billing, failed payments, refunds, taxes, and cancellation are governed by the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors such as Stripe; ServiceOS does not require you to provide full payment-card numbers directly to ServiceOS.
6. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with payment processors, communications providers, calendars, marketplaces, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. ServiceOS is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, or acts outside ServiceOS control.
7. AI-assisted and automated features
AI-assisted outputs, recommendations, summaries, forecasts, drafts, and automations may be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, prices, customer commitments, and actions taken using those features. See the AI & Automation Disclosure.
8. Intellectual property
ServiceOS and its software, design, branding, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ServiceOS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, ServiceOS may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not grant ServiceOS ownership of your customer data or confidential business information.
10. Suspension and termination
ServiceOS may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel paid subscriptions according to the Billing Policy.
11. Service changes and availability
Features may evolve over time. ServiceOS may modify or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting paid customers where practical. The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ServiceOS does not guarantee particular business results, revenue, customer response, regulatory compliance, payment approval, or the accuracy of AI-generated or third-party information. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Service. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business customer is responsible for claims arising from its unlawful use of the Service, its customer data, its communications, or its violation of another person’s rights. This section does not require indemnification for matters caused solely by ServiceOS where applicable law prohibits such allocation.
15. Changes to these Terms
ServiceOS may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through ServiceOS Support.
