ServiceOS provides this page as a central way to understand and exercise privacy choices that may apply to you.
Requests you may submit
- Access or obtain a copy of personal information ServiceOS maintains about you.
- Correct inaccurate account information.
- Request deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and other permitted retention.
- Request a portable/exportable copy where applicable and technically feasible.
- Opt out of ServiceOS marketing communications.
- Ask questions about how personal information is processed.
Business-customer records
If your information was entered into ServiceOS by a local service business that uses ServiceOS, that business may be responsible for your request. Contact that business first when practical; ServiceOS can assist the business through available product and support tools.
Sale/sharing
ServiceOS does not sell personal information for money and does not use customer data for third-party targeted advertising. If practices materially change, this notice and any legally required opt-out mechanisms will be updated before the new practice applies.
How to submit a request
Submit your request through ServiceOS Support. ServiceOS may verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authorization. ServiceOS will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law.
